Indigenous Business and Directors Training

We work exclusively with Aboriginal people to provide comprehensive training and professional help in all aspects of business start up  and management that can assist you in starting and managing your own business.

Based on our many decades of legal, business and consulting experience we work directly with you to build the skills, knowledge and pathways necessary to successfully develop, and independently operate your own business.

Cooperative Change is a member of the DEEWR Aboriginal Employment Panel and is the only company of the panel with an experienced commercial lawyer as one of its principals.

Teaching all aspects of running a successful business, allowing you to manage and control all aspects of business finance. This includes amongst other things, the importance of cash flow, staff supervision, rights and entitlements.

This training explains the benefits of different business structures like Aboriginal corporations, proprietary limited companies, joint venture arrangements and partnerships


· Directors training

Covering the role of Directors, this training explains the duties, responsibilities and  rights of a Director. The training builds skills to ensure the role of director is carried out legally and ethically. All participants are provided with a comprehensive Directors manual.
