The Cooperative Change model

There are many models of cooperation. But few of them are truly win-win. Or, win-win-win for that matter. Some are begun with good intentions, but the more powerful partner or group of partners takes over: the coercive model.  Others are thinly-veiled takeovers: the consumptive model.

Our cooperative model seeks out the enduring middle ground for all parties. It leads to outcomes in which each party has had an equal share and where everyone's a winner:
